Get involved
Taking part is reserved for members; the results are open to all. Members shape the specifications; the specifications themselves are free for everyone.
What we hope for
| Role | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Universities and research | methodological neutrality, test methodology, a seat on the Technical Steering Committee |
| Component makers | technical lead of a working group, first conformant implementation, experience from series production |
| Robot makers and users | sound requirements from practice, participation in the pilot case |
| Test bodies | test rules, qualification of test means, agreed delta methodology |
| Public sector | backing, hosting, access to pilot environments such as AI regulatory sandboxes |
What taking part costs
Above all, experts' time. A secretariat cannot do the work on functional safety and test methodology; members must nominate named people. The fee structure will be adopted at founding.
Questions we would like your view on
- Is starting with a pilot case on a single component right, or too narrow?
- Does the axis model hold up in testing practice, or does it create more effort than it saves?
- Which existing evidence from your field would you make reusable first?
- What would keep you from taking part?
