Submit a Concept Proposal

EHRP is open and pre-competitive. We invite researchers, component suppliers, robot OEMs, and test organizations to propose new concepts, interface conventions, and test methodology frameworks.

How proposals work

Open submission: You outline the problem in industrial or testing practice and your proposed reference approach.
Technical review: The secretariat and working group leads assess feasibility, neutrality, and alignment with European standards (CEN/CENELEC, ISO, IEC).
Working draft: Accepted proposals are assigned a state identifier and developed collaboratively within the protected working drafts area before public consultation.
